Boys of Summerville is the story of two men, one who is trying to forget his past and the other who is trying to relive it. Peter, a former Summerville native, begrudgingly revisits his hometown to sell his late father's estate and move on with his life. His former best friend, Rocky, a mullet sporting, keytar playing redneck, continues to try and recapture his glory days through a sportly obsession the whole town of Summerville seems to share: Men's softball. While Peter is back in town, Rocky forces him into this ultra competitive and violent game as the two men begin to rekindle their friendship with each other, fall in love with the right girls, and take the town of Summerville down the road to ultimate softball victory.
